For the first usage, wash the board well with fresh water with and soap.

For everyday usage, wash the board with a little amount of soap, rinse the soap with warm water, then wipe the board with a damp cloth, and let it to air dry.

From time to keep the board clean and shiny, rub it well with a small piece of cotton soaked with lemon juice.
