This craft takes about 250 hours of artisanal mastery. The jewelry box features the use of precious mother of pearl (Nacre) to fully cover and embellish the surface of the box in geometrical patterns influenced by the Islamic arabesque mosaic. Each piece is hand-inlaid individually on the box’s surface to create perfectly unique patterns.
